Starlight Programs' Leadership Team developed a mantra for staff to live and work by in order to create a positive culture for one another, as well as for students and enrollees.
At Starlight Programs, a Positive Culture represents the support of all people within our Program and community. It focuses on building healthy relationships and acknowledging the unique attributes that each individual brings. It is about shifting our thinking away from power and control and towards acceptance and encouragement!
