It can happen anytime, anywhere. An individual with developmental disabilities could lose consciousness, have a heart attack, choke, break a bone, accidently cut themselves with a sharp object, etc... Yet, for those with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid skills, such an event can be less of a scary situation. We are now offering First Aid & CPR classes with our registered nurse, Tobie Snow to ensure that providers have more opportunities to receive training not only for compliance purposes but more importantly to have the tools ready in case of an emergency. If you are a provider and your certification is approaching expiration get signed up now. Space is limited so don’t delay.
