Documentation Requirements for Independent Providers
This free training is offered for Independent Providers and will explain the various required pieces of documentation for HPC, Shared Living, and general transportation. This training includes how to complete monthly UI logs, Learning Logs, Outcome Action Steps, information on EVV, and how to find the services you are responsible for within the ISP.
We will plan on meeting in person for this training.
This training session can be used toward your DODD required annual training and certificates will be provided.
